With my initial team of 4, I led Dovetail's first remote design sprint across 3 timezones and honed in of the core issues of Blockfi's settlements with their institutional clients. Through and intensive discovery and delivery process, we were able to deliver a functional MVP which delighted many people internally at BlockFi. Fat finger errors soon became a thing of the past!
